Im 13 and look to lose weight and get a six pack. Whats a good workout schedule and what exercises should I do? Im around 120 pounds and 5′4. I have a perfrect pushup and a pullup bar.

I’m kinda fat and I have chubby legs so I want a workout routines that work but i don’t have any treadmills or weights or any thing like that HELP!!!!!!!
Lunges and squats help tone legs.
Swimming is quite good too, but it’s also not to straining, if you do the warm-up first.

Lets say you only lift weights 1 or 2 times a week
Using heavy weights to gain strenght and get bigger, you do each set of reps like its the last one you’ll do and your life depended on it BUT you would rest enough between sets.
