I wasn&#8217;t sure how to combine them into a schedule to get the best results without overtraining.  In addition to the DVD&#8217;s want to include a day for my weekly yoga class, and a day of heavy lifting for my arms, because I don&#8217;t feel like the arms work on the DVD&#8217;s is enough.  Anyone familialr with the DVD&#8217;s and have any ideas?<br />
