<br />Yeah, that&#8217;s fine. A protein bar would be a great idea as well, give you a boost of protein. Mixing up your workout is a good idea, it gives you the most bang for your time <img src='http://workoutschedule.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
