<p>Showing biceps workout as I build muscle as I show my biceps workout build muscle progress to inspire people to complete a bicep workout to build muscle and to gain muscle.  Protein can also help you build muscle by getting into a workout routine to help your muscle gains<br />
I make these bicep flexing videos to inspire people to workout with P90x or another workout to gain muscle on their biceps and overall muscle.   </p>
<p>By flexing my biceps and showing a muscle flex I can try to motivate people to workout their biceps and gain muscle on their biceps with P90x or any other workout routine.  Biceps can be a tough muscle to train but with the right motivation and the correct bicep workout added can make a huge difference in your bicep muscle.  I will keep everyone updated on my progress as I will keep posting bicep muscle flexing videos and bicep workout videos as I continue to workout to gain muscle.</p>

<br />Depending what you mean by &quot;good&quot;. Are you trying to bulk up? As long as the mucle is being fatigued and you&#8217;re lifting the same weights (or even increasing the weight due to increased strength), then it doesn&#8217;t really matter what routine you&#8217;re doing since the biceps are a small muscle group.<br />
Muscles don&#8217;t know what &quot;repetitions&quot;, &quot;sets&quot; or number of kgs you&#8217;re lifting, all they know is &quot;fatigue&quot;.<br />
Shoulders, triceps and biceps are all small muscle groups so you can tack them on at the end of larger muscle group workouts (e.g chest, back, legs) if you don&#8217;t have time for an extra day in the gym. Just make sure you work large muscle groups BEFORE small muscle groups in the same work out, as the levers (arms) become too fatigued, hence compromising the maximum output of your chest or back routine.</p>
