I work my abs out 5 days a week, and have an 8 percent body fat. When I develop them, will I still need to exercise in order to maintain them?

As long as you maintain a low bodyfat percentage you will always have your abs however, just like any muscle when it comes to mass you will need to continue to work that muscle or your body will break down the fibers and you will shrink because it’s the body’s response to isufficient stimuli because muscle is inefficient. Once you have your abs developed keep working them or you will start looking soft

Please watch and tell me what else i need to do that doesn’t require equipments to get six pack abs… thanks….

You will have to undertake a set of different exercises for your workout. For building the muscles you have to combine upper ab exercises with lower ab exercises at home. This will be of great help in strengthening the core muscles. Along with the ab exercises you will have to include cardiovascular exercise in your workout such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, etc. Some of the six pack abs exercises are the sit ups, leg lifts, oblique crunches, oblique cycle, plank prose, etc. Most people work out the upper and lower abs and forget the obliques.

The quickest way to get a six pack is to stick to your system as well as being consistent with your exercise schedule. If there are certain repetitions that you are doing, then stick to them. Schedule your ab workout routines at least four days a week at the far end of your overall work out session. This is because ab workouts require enormous amount of strength and stamina and you are bound to be exhausted.

With no equipment…I don’t believe that for a second! Soldiers overseas are finding ways to make weight lifting sets using buckets, rocks, ropes, and whatever else they can get their hands on. You can do the same…head to a park, do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, burpees, one-legged squats, etc. Lift heavy things! A gallon of water weighs 8lbs…lift it! A wheelbarrow can have 100-300lbs of junk in it..thats a heck of a workout…

Be creative!
