<br />Well that is one good way to do it, target different part of your body per day so it can rest and regain its strength the following day. It is a very good idea to alternate like this so you do not strain yourself.</p>

I am also looking to increase my shoulder strength, so i just need to know how I should split my workout. Btw if you have any good ab work outs please tell  me<br />
