    i’ve been recently diagnosed with scifosis and kiphosis (i am 27yrs ancient) and been told never in my entire life to do workout type of exercises at the gym(weights and stuff)(i was not doing serious consequence lifting but moderate weights, for a excellent body shape). this was a very terrible news to me because i was just starting to delight in fitness and weights and was plotting to do it for a long time beacuse it improves my phisical appearance a lot.
    can someone give me a word of comfort?
