    You can do other forms of cardio like kickboxing or dancing surrounded by. This is vital for losing consequence. As for how many times a week you should do this – these are only 10 min videos so you can do them a few at a times a day every other day. Butt it all depends on how you feel, you know your limits!

    you HAVE to do cardio to loose stout. You could try Bikram Yoga. It’s tough, but you can do it.

    i’m 14 and want to be in better shape; i want to loose 5-10lbs and delight in pilates:)
    I’m not overweiight or anything, my BMI is 21.5, Just want to be in better shape.
    I eat farely healthy, but hey, i’m a teenager..
    i was wondering, how many times a week do you suggest to do this workout and which other pilate videos you have?
    My main problem is my stomach and i’d like to tone my legs a bit.
    I’d rather not do cardio, becaus i have nowhere to run, so what do you suggest?

    You’re welcome!!! Thinner thighs but thinning the quads? Try my “legs n thighs” video. It focuses on slimming the whole thigh area so you make a more toned look overall. Also do some cardio like dancing, jogging, swimming etc. This will reduce stout all around.
