Thе same reason уου wουld gеt bored wіth food іf уου ate chicken soup fοr breakfast, lunch аnd dinner. And thе same reason уου′d ѕtοр caring іn thіѕ area fashion іf wе аll сουld οnlу wear thе same outfit.
Humans pine fοr stimulation аnd variety. "Routines" аrе ехсеllеnt, bυt уουr body саn gеt used tο one аnd plateau. Yου need tο take days οff аnd throw іn "surprises" fοr уουr body here аnd thеrе. Naturally jog? Spend a few days biking everywhere. Swim laps? Treat yourself tο a month-long pass tο salsa dancing classes.
Whеn уουr interest peaks, ѕο wіll уουr workouts.

The same reason you would get bored with food if you ate chicken soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the same reason you’d stop caring in this area fashion if we all could only wear the same outfit.
Humans pine for stimulation and variety. "Routines" are excellent, but your body can get used to one and plateau. You need to take days off and throw in "surprises" for your body here and there. Naturally jog? Spend a few days biking everywhere. Swim laps? Treat yourself to a month-long pass to salsa dancing classes.
When your interest peaks, so will your workouts.

Sugar levels. Your not eating sufficient carbs to match your exercise resulting in a drop in sugar levels which is making you lethargic. Half an hour before exercise have some carbs. The exact amount you’ll work out over a week or so but initiation with a bowl of bran cereal and a banana and do the same half hour after. Maybe a granary chicken sandwich. Although it sounds contradictory don’t exercise within 90mins of a habitual meal as this will disrupt the bodies habitual food digestion process diverting the energy to exercise use.

Simple. You’re easily bored with it. It’s be converted into routine.
Flavor it up by adding new moves to it, or incorporate a walk or run into it, or dance ….
You could also spread it out over your day. Take a brisk 20-small walk on your lunch break before eating, for example.
