Close and Wide Push Ups
Elevated Push Ups
Dips
Tricep Dips
Tricep Extensions
Chest Dips
Isometric Chest Squeeze
Do all 3 by failure(do each exercise in anticipation of failure three times)
The last one is not highly not compulsory though if your young
