    You should start with the first training, “Training 1″ and go on to the second since your body will get used to the workout. Therefore you need to change your routine every week for maximum result. Shock your body. Also I suggest your run a mile as fast as you can before beginning the workouts. Lastly, your diet has to be the priority. You have to follow a very crucial diet if you want to see results in 14-16 weeks.

    you can’t just start doing that amount of reps straight away unless you wanna over train and get a injury, you have to start small and progress, each week change the number of reps or the weight don’t jump straight into a high intensity of training.

    the db swing could be dangerous if done in a wrong way. I suggest that a beginner use a considerable lighter weight first and increase the weight when stronger. proper form is more important than the weight used.
