    Dip your rear end lower on the power jacks. Upset your arms to your knees on the power knees. Lower your rear end on the LPOs. Aside from that You did very excellent on your form for day 14. Have fun on your week 6 fit test. It’s the worst one to do but after that you’ve got the rest of the program in the bag.

    I reckon you need to take into consideration that the first time you take the fit test, your form is not as excellent as it is when you continue taking the fit test in subsequent weeks. Your form ends up humanizing as you go,i.e. I thought on my first switch kick test that I was all that on the height, but it was very apparent as I went along week by week that my form greatly improved…so sure, I could probably due a hundred more kicks with my original form vs. weeks later. This is a fantastic workout.

    I bet your form was much better during the 2nd fit test. You were probably raising your legs higher, jumping higher and that’s what kept your numbers down. Just look in the mirror and you can see how your hard work is paying off !!!
