Intercourse.
1.) Run-swim-runs.
2.) A hill day
3.) Interval days.
4.) Distance run day.
5.) Non impact day like biking.
6.) Anerobic aerobic rotations. Like a small run then sit ups. Then a small run then pull ups and dips. Rotating.

I like Yoga, and I saw this show on "FIT" channel (cable) called SHIMMY. It’s belly dancing. It really works your abs and it’s fun. But I still like my Yoga.

What IS working for me, I do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It is quick and really effective. Summer is like 3 months away for me, if it is the same for you, you will lose those few pounds in no time!
But, HIIT is… intense. Lol. Do some research and see what works best for you.
By the way, it is so much better than regular cardio. And yes, it’s a form of cardio. But it’s not aerobic, it’s anaerobic. =)

running and pilates. I run 3 miles a day 4-5 days per week and to Pilates 3 days.
