Onlу diet аnd exercise removed ѕtουt. It’s a pure matter οf counting calories. If calories burned exceed calories eaten, уου wіll lose ѕtουt.
Ab workout wіll hеlр remove ѕtουt ONLY іf уου don’t stuff уουr face wіth more calories thаn уου burned wіth thе ab workout.
Bυt іf уου eat pizza аnd ice cream daily, уου саn dο 1,000 sit ups аnd still bе ѕtουt.

Try getting an ab roller, they are available at most fitness or sports stores and seem to work really well.

Ab workouts do not remove stout, they only strengthen the ab muscles.
Only diet and exercise removed stout. It’s a pure matter of counting calories. If calories burned exceed calories eaten, you will lose stout.
Ab workout will help remove stout ONLY if you don’t stuff your face with more calories than you burned with the ab workout.
But if you eat pizza and ice cream daily, you can do 1,000 sit ups and still be stout.

Well, try holding these positions for a long time-
lie down, keep your legs honest and lift the so they’re in this area 45 degrees off the ground. then lift up your shoulders off the ground and hold it WITHOUT USING YOUR HANDS
if its too much in the initiation you can bend your legs.

Anything i do is tons and tons of crunches. i find half sit up work the best. i do them leg raise business. ya know where ya lay on your back and hold you legs up. Works just fine for me. although i don’t have a"baby stout" ta agonize in this area. Anytime i feel a small extra stout,lol, i just do a sh!t ton of half sit-ups…. works just fine for me.

ab workouts make ur abs stronger and do not burn off stout..the only business that burns stout is cardio…so get on that treadmill, for an hour a day…at least 4 times a week and eat healthy and you’ll be baby stout free. dont believe the hype that crunches make you lose ur gut and have a 6 pack, thats part of it but the stout burn is really made during cardio exercise.
