		<description>OK Jackson on thing u could do for pushups try putting some weight in a backpack and put it on while doing pushups that can make the workout more intense same for pull ups. And for the weights all i can say is get heavier weights. GOOD LUCK&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
