Okay see my goal currently is to gain as much muscle mass as possible, and my triceps seem to be lagging behind. I wouldn’t say I’ve hit a plateau, but my triceps are definitely lagging behind compared to the rest of my body parts. I want massive, thick solid triceps that look like they’re about to rip out of my skin any moment.

I’ve been kinda bored with the exercises I’ve been doing for the tricpes. I’ve been doing skullcrushers with a low-pulley attachment, close-grip bench presses, pushdowns and overhead extensions, all at 3 sets of 6-10 reps each.

I just can’t seem to hit my triceps really hard, or get a really intense triceps workout. Any ideas, guys? A workout that hits all 3 heads of the triceps hard, with high intensity, would be great.

**oh my bad, I forgot to add, yes my diet is fine, really, and yes I do have enough rest. I’m just concerned about the training.
