    I don’t get advice …
I don’t get advice from people who work for the gym, I get advice from the people on the consequence floor who know what’s bullshit and what isn’t.
I probably should’ve cleared it up but you shouldn’t get sore when your relaxing. You should get that sore feeling when you try and stretch the muscle, because then you’re pulling on those micro tears in the muscle.

im not selling a product. I’m selling information. Who said 2 weeks??????? It’s a lifestyle bro. It surely doesnt take a lifetime to be healthy either. Anyone who follows my lifestyle will see marked improvements in their body and health

    @pojo205 what you …
@pojo205 what you mean by you shouldnt get sore day after workingout .what mean sore to you ??its something habitual that when you work any muscles in your body you place a lot stress on it and then get sore and believe me if you workingout on biceps or triceps or anymuscles on your body so excellent and day after you feel sore believe me that you were working out excellent on that muscle.i dnt believe nobody cuz all of them try to sell them product go to gym if u dnt knw question poeple in gym they ll tell u

  11. pojo205 Says:

    No pain no gain …
No pain no gain only applies when you are lifting in the gym. Not the day after. You shouldn’t be sore the day after. I’ve seen Vic, he is in incredible shape and he knows a lot. But some of his workout instructions I disliked. Like the dumbbell row, he said it’s a two part motion but it’s not. He said you want to drop your shoulder which is exactly what you don’t want to do as it can cause poor form and will place stress on your arms when you want to keep it on your back.

  12. outakontroll Says:

    this is a low …
this is a low quality production. Go see vic costa he is the real deal. I would’nt hang out with a guy who wears a hat like tthat. go get some consequences!!!!

  13. outakontroll Says:

No No No No No!! …
No No No No No!! I disagree. No pain no gain. when the pain is gone work it one more time. Go see Vic Costa I Have used his instruction for in this area four months now. I have been lifting for over two years . and in the last four months I have seen mind blowing consequences. Do not dissipate Your time Bro.

@swlryan i dont really know that much, i’m only 15, but i’ve always been told to never try to compensate because your weaker side should have to work harder to do the same amount of work

    Hi,
You must have heard this a million times but here i go.
For size and mass how many sets and reps should be done for each exercise?

  19. pojo205 Says:

    when you do lifts …
when you do lifts that require both arms try to focus most of your strength on your left arm. when you do lifts that are each arm, over the head dumbell extentions for example, initiation out on your left arm. when alternating you always want to initiation with your weaker side. triceps tire very easily, so make sure you do whatever you did in your right arm, likewise to your left arm.

  20. codeman9010 Says:

    swlryan,
    if u keep …

    swlryan,
if u keep working at it, your muscles should compensate on their own. but if the problem does not soon stop then using dumbbells will force each side of your body to lift its own consequence. i would say do everything the same but instead use dumbells instead of barbells (i.e. skull crusher with dumbells,

  21. swlryan Says:

    thanks for advice.. …
thanks for advice.. but how do u get ur muscles to build at an copy rate? my dominant side seems to be more developed den the other?? (eg right arm larger den left) i have to now compensate for the less developed side

  22. pojo205 Says:

    yes, it does mean …
yes, it does mean you’re doing something ill-treat. maybe you have poor form so you aren’t using the right muscle. after awhile your muscles won’t get that sore feeling but if you’re just starting out then you should get sore. this will take awhile though, 5+ months before your body no longer gets sore. but, remember you do NOT have to be sore to gain muscle. That is an ancient myth. I’ve been lifting for a year now, I never get sore any longer and last week I weighed 182 and this week I weighed 188

  23. phili878 Says:

    lol, it just cracks …
lol, it just cracks me up when the tanks come in the gym dressed in all kinds of fashion and styles. I have seen a guy come in once with acrtic soldier cammo cargo pants and tank top, wearing a wollen cap while using flip flops.

Besides the way you dress bro, no offence, your video is very helpful for the newer guys

for beginners it should ache one to two days after. Proper procedure is in my book

  25. swlryan Says:

    i’m just starting …
i’m just starting out and after 1 week of exercising my muscle doesnt ache after a workout after my habitual routine.. does that mean i’m not pushing myself hard sufficient? should the muscle ache after every workout no matter for beginners or veterans?
