		<description>&lt;b&gt;mind you i&#039;m no ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; mind you i&#039;m no professional, but I think that it&#039;s better to stop the weight at your side.  I&#039;m gonna try to explain it with some physics :P.  The motion of bringing the weights from the front of the body to the sides (the first part of how the people you&#039;re talking about do it) takes almost no force because of the angle your arms are at compared to your shoulder.  In my opinion it would be better to always keep the muscle stimulated during the exercise and stop the weight at your sides.</description>
