    anyone will tell you that cardio is a very vital part of consequence loss and exercise. A treadmill or any type of cardio is CRUCIAL! You want definition, you need less stout and more muscle. For women its harder to loose body stout for biological reasons. Secondly, yes we are ladies and some of us dont like looking like muscle men, thats yucky! Who wants to build muscle under a mountain of stout?
