    yeah I weighed myself 1 month ago and weighed in at 158.3 lb and weighed in yesterday and was 164.7 lb. I started to do 5 sets of five for everything and have noticed a difference. I have also been taking in lots of eggs and peanut butter for protein.

    For those who are requesting more training videos, mainly a chest workout, I am hoping to have one up with in the month. I am recovering from a separated shoulder so it may be a calisthenic chest workout, but it will be effective in any case. Take care everyone! =)

    its all diffrent i eat what ever i want and dont place on to much stout and i place on 25 pounds of 1 year lifting and i didnt use supplements most of the time

    hey I am a rower and I am 6’4 160 ish and it takes a month in the gym to gain like .5 of a pound it sucks I get lots of protein and have excellent foods. my dad lifted for 20 years and finished up 6 foot 240 and the pictures of him were crazy. I have a different body type and am a real hard gainer. I do thousands of reps on shoulders and legs in a habitual rowing workout but when I lift I do 5 sets of five for most of the muscle groups. On the leg press I can do 470 any tips for getting larger?
