brayden is right
…
brayden is right
while working out you get micro tears in your muscle , which your body repairs by adding a new layer of muscle , thus the muscle grows.
this takes place after a workout , while muscles are resting.
now if you have an intense workout one day and then the same thing the next day , your overtraining and your muscles will not grow .
the bigger the muscle the harder it should work and the more rest it needs ( eg: legs can take 5-6 days to heal completely after an Intense workout)

you should not be doing pull ups every day…. thats very very silly. for muscles to grow they obviously need time to build up. put a rest day in between and do some push exercises like pushups on that rest day.
