i do a combination of things. my tricep day is my "push" day so all my pushing exercises like presses help the growth of this muscle that comprises 60% of the upper arm.
i also do three sets of tricep rope pressdowns, 2 sets of bodyweight dips and 2 sets of biased dips.
make sure you stretch the TRIs and wait 2 whole minutes linking each set. this will boost the productivity of the set that follows by making sure there is NO lactic acid in the muscle.
When i do presses, i really wait 180 seconds (three minutes) linking sets.
