Are you getting any consequences? Do you exchange your workout? If not, maybe you can try close grip benchpress…dips…overheard tricep extension on the cables? Let me know if this helps!

uhm, that workout is not terrible… but if i i were you i would just workout the tricep once a week, do say 4 different exercises per that muscle and try doing lower reps….. muscles should only be worked out once a week…. and u should be doing 3 sets per exercise…. 3×4 = 12 sets in total…. go in this area 8 -10 reps

What you are doing is more than sufficient. Try to work out at most 3 times a week unless you are a bodybuilder. If you are looking to add pure triceps strength I suggest you do more multi-joint exercises like bench press and push ups with 8- 12 reps . If you are trying to get CUT then do reverse triceps pull downs with 15 reps for 3 sets. In my opinion, reverse triceps pull downs give you that nice feel and works all three heads.
