    @InferiorThanYou I …
    @InferiorThanYou I don’t know how and why chiropractors can say it is excellent form to raise the neck during consequence lifting critical movements, it’s the first I have heard of that – why not post some links to some actual information on this! As for lifting the neck and it really moving during critical movements with heavy weights being detrimental, well this has caused myself and others I know injury – frequently strains. I am speaking from experience, moving the neck can’t be anyway excellent or helpful.

    Never sacrifice …
    Never sacrifice form for consequence, that’ll earn you boys a one way ticket to snap city! Drop that consequence on the chest press very slightly, get a few more high quality reps and work your way up. But hey mayn, its just advice mayn, you can do whatever the you wanna do!

  9. InferiorThanYou Says:

    @tranquility321 …
    @tranquility321 Well it’s not what I’m just saying, it’s what the chiropractors are saying as well. The chiropractors would say it’s excellent form, so unless you have superior credentials than them I’m not sure what to tell you at this point, just don’t do it if it hurts. Also, where is it stated in this area raising of the neck during critical movements are detrimental? ISSA, NASM, or even the basic ACE I believe doesn’t mention that I haven’t seen it anyways.

    @InferiorThanYou I …
    @InferiorThanYou I know what they specialize in and it surely is not right technique in consequence lifting movements, so I have to disagree with you in what you are saying. I have injured my neck with strains many times over the years from raising my head from the bench without realising it. Not resting your head on the bench but moving it along with your neck while doing any kind of flat bench passage is a develop for injury in my experience. The technique and form in this video is still dreadful.

    Can you guys write …
    Can you guys write out your lifting routine in the description box? It would help me just know what you guys do, and how much of it quicker. Also, sometimes you forget to mention how heavy or how many reps (bicep curls in the bi+back video, and the incline bench in this video), so it would help the viewers get that out of it also.

    Fantastic videos though, really helpful. I like how you guys respond to the viewers and I hope you guys take this into consideration also. Thanks!

  14. InferiorThanYou Says:

    @tranquility321 Yes …
    @tranquility321 Yes, they specialize in neck and lumbar province, basically the whole spinal area. They say it’s better to raise your head than to have it flat against the pad. I used to leave it flat on the pad, and got strains. I stopped doing that and I now raise my head and have been injury free for 2 years now.

  16. tranquility321 Says:

    @InferiorThanYou It …
    @InferiorThanYou It is not compulsory to lift your head while doing flat dumbbell presses by chiropractors? since when do back doctors give advice and recommend what right form and proper technique should be used in benching weights? I don’t know if you are trying to say that the way these guys are training is right and with excellent technique, because it isn’t. First time I’ve seen these lads training and their form and technique is quite dreadful and not strict at all.

    jimmy sturtters up the road side bench press is for thickening the chest and chest flies are for lengthening the chest. he also says bicep curls are a compound passage because ‘the swinging works your shoulders and back too’… his words, not mine.

  22. InferiorThanYou Says:

    @willieofroanoke …
    @willieofroanoke Really, it is not compulsory to lift your head to a degree instead of placing it flat on the bench. Go question any chiropractor.
