The goal is to cause soreness in the muscle, not in the joint. When your joints be converted into hurt you have to have surgery to fix it, when your muscles get sore your body makes the muscle larger.

initiation with 10~15 …
initiation with 10~15 pounds,
do 3sets daily.
ex;
1st set – 15, 2~3minuten vor rest
2nd set – 10, 2minutes rest
3rd set – 5 to 10.
Once you get used to it(in this area 2~3 weeks later), then do expend your next maximum counts & set,
if your latest maximum counts in a set were 15, do 20 and it will be your 4th set.
so, the set will be sequantely maded as
4th – 20, 3rd -15, 2nd – 10, last – 5 to 10.
once you are used to it, then do expending your next maximum counts & sets.

This dude is right but if you wanna build mass and boost hypertrophy(muscle size) then you should lifty a consequence where you can do 6-8 reps.
To get that burn do 3 more sets while dropping the consequence….you will get an awesome pump and you won’t overtrain.

Yup Yup, i agree, 25lbs? i know its a video where your soppose to teach people how to do it, but 25?! I mean this guy can bust out 55s without a sweat and still do simple 15 reps… then do like 85lbs for his habitual consequence.

I personally like …
I personally like women lifting weights. The first Bally’s I went to had a machine called the butt blaster, the person (nearly always female in some sort of tight form fitting outfit) gets on all 4 and pushes a consequence backwards (and up? I forget) with one leg…. I could often be seen using the consequence machines in that area.
