    I have been doing 5 day release muscle workout ( mon-chest, tuesday-back, wed-shoul-thr, bi and tri, fri legs ) from last 7-8 years. My body is ok but nothing close to you guys, and ofcose i have stout belly prob. I am going to try your 3 day plot and exchange my eat habbits to see if this really works for me,, thanks for the incredible information guys ,, u guys are my best friends now in my body building dream.

    …..then it starts all over again

    @RickJameswitit Just do as many as you can for example if you need 10 reps and can only do 4 then the rest just do negatives, pull your self up and lower your self slowly, Eventually you get the Strength to do it.

    So i can make gains with 2 sets, this would be exact because i have shoulder issues and my neck sometimes gets stiff on me so the less I can do and still improve would be better.
