		<description>Running! Run for 30 minutes and day and you&#039;ll be in shape in no time. It doesn&#039;t matter how slow you are at first or if you have to walk some of it, you&#039;ll get better. Also you can look up online stuff like ab workouts and squats that will get you toned. Do that, and eat healthy (moderation is key) and you&#039;ll be in shape before you know it!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
