I’m looking to lose a little bit of weight but don’t have the time or money to invest in a gym membership or home gym equipment. So, what are some good workout routines for women to do at home, no equipment required. Specifically, I’m looking to work on my legs. I heard a lot of men like nice legs.
Oh, and I obviously know that eating right is key to getting to a healthy weight. So don’t tell me to lay off all things delicious, like carbs.

go to your local libary and rent some different work out DVDs they are a fun and fast way to shade some extra pounds! Not to mention free!

    Running! Run for 30 minutes and day and you’ll be in shape in no time. It doesn’t matter how slow you are at first or if you have to walk some of it, you’ll get better. Also you can look up online stuff like ab workouts and squats that will get you toned. Do that, and eat healthy (moderation is key) and you’ll be in shape before you know it!
