		<description>P90X is great- my husband and the other Marines in his shop use it... it&#039;s kinda expensive, but it&#039;s great... if you don&#039;t wanna spend the money or think it&#039;s too much...
i agree with jorge a... find different exercises to workout each of those areas... plus add cardio- you&#039;re not gonna get far without cardio (like running, walking, etc)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

tuesday: back and triceps
wenesday:lower body and shoulders
thursday: same as monday friday:same as tuesday

and then then next week you work lower body 2 times a week and you just keep that routine going..
