I’m looking for a workout schedule that is 4 or 5 days a week that works out different muscles on different days. It needs to be upper body, lower body and abs.
P90X is great- my husband and the other Marines in his shop use it… it’s kinda expensive, but it’s great… if you don’t wanna spend the money or think it’s too much…
i agree with jorge a… find different exercises to workout each of those areas… plus add cardio- you’re not gonna get far without cardio (like running, walking, etc)

monday: bench and biceps,sit ups
tuesday: back and triceps
wenesday:lower body and shoulders
thursday: same as monday friday:same as tuesday
and then then next week you work lower body 2 times a week and you just keep that routine going..
