I’m dieting, exercising, and more! Trying to get my belly off me for Jr. High! Know any good workout routines?

1 word, Pilates!!!!!
Lots and lots of pilates!

But don’t worry about having a super flat belly for middle school. No one actually scrutinizes you for not being supermodel skinny :)

    These are some good workout routines for your room . I perfer you do push ups ,crotches and stretch every morning most importantly drink alot of water.Hope you get a nice flat belly.

    Workout routine for your room? I guess you meant IN your room. The most efficient way is of course push-ups and sit-ups; however, if you are willing to be in cut-shape, I recommend dumbbells. As you get used to using them, you will eventually find your own unique way of working out that best suits for your body. Remember, fats burn after the muscles burn! Don’t push yourself too much, increase your exercising rate Gradually~
