Lots аnd lots οf pilates!

Bυt don’t agonize іn thіѕ area having a super flat belly fοr middle school. Nο one really scrutinizes уου fοr nοt being supermodel skinny :)

    These are some excellent workout routines for your room . I perfer you do push ups ,crotches and stretch every morning most importantly taste alot of water.Hope you get a nice flat belly.

    Workout routine for your room? I guess you meant IN your room. The most efficient way is of course push-ups and sit-ups; but, if you are willing to be in cut-shape, I recommend dumbbells. As you get used to using them, you will eventually find your own unique way of working out that best suits for your body. Remember, fats burn after the muscles burn! Don’t push yourself too much, boost your exercising rate Gradually~
