I dο 40 curl ups (fοr abs) 20 push ups (thats one set i dο 3 sets each work out) thеn i lift weights. Mу goal іѕ tο hаνе a 6 pack аnd improve mу muscle strength. Anу tips. Bу thе way im 15.

    Don’t forget to work your legs too. Building as much lean muscle mass as possible is going to burn a ton of stout from your body. This is the best and fastest way to get those 6 pack abs you want. Not to mention that you’ll also be sporting a nice body to go with those abs.
