    If you still can’t see your abs, it means that you still have excess bodyfat there. Simple as that. Practically everyone will be able to see their abs if they get lean sufficient.

    Hi, i’m 16 years ancient and have been working out for 1 year now. I haven’t really been working out hard, just sufficient to keep the tension on my muscles.

    But now i’ve stopped growing (1m86 ==> 6ft1 or something like that) i wanna push forward a bit more.

    So i wanted to question : Do the leg raises have the same effect If I lay on my back with my hand under the couch to keep honest ? I don’t have a local gym, the closest one is 30 minutes away and I don’t have any way of convey..
