    PSA: Don’t trust anyone who claims that an exercise can tone your muscle, there’s no such business. What you really want to do is lose body stout. Less body stout allows your muscles to be more visible, which is what people are really trying to realize when they say they want to “tone” their muscles.

    Yay. I’ve been looking for something quick to do each morning before showering and this seems exact. Life with a newborn is hectic and exhausting so sometimes 5 minutes is all you have the time & energy for. Thanks for posting this video.

    @schibs426-I followed your demo and immideately after completing one session I got sharp back pain in muscle right side of spinal lumbar vertebrae – you said at the initiation of this video that these excercises are safe and will not cause muscle pain-I am now on pain meds-people be careful these excercises are NOT risk free

    on frame 255 do you twist the hands against each other or in the same management? It is a small confusing. I really like your video and exercises. Are there any charts or more info on these isometrics available?

    @Julmuu one arm push up five reps per set

  11. schibs426 Says:

    one set of each …
    one set of each exercise held for in this area 15 seconds should do the trick

  12. LoonyLooners Says:

    How many sets of …
    How many sets of isometrics should I do? Everywhere I read that you so a release rep, does this mean only one set of a release rep?

  13. schibs426 Says:

    @Julmuu The amount …
    @Julmuu The amount of resistance you apply is completely up to you – you dont have to push to the point of shaking and you should not experience any muscle pain as you are not in essence breaking down tissue (as with consequence lifting) but harmonizing your muscle tissue

  14. Julmuu Says:

    Does it matter if …
    Does it matter if you hands are shaking while pushing?
    Should my muscles have pain in them tomorrow?

    @igalflint this …
    @igalflint this isnt for top shape, its for getting tone. which technically is getting in top shape, like what is said below harmonizing muscles does STRENGTHEN them. and i do MMA and we i do isometrics as a training routine so dont even give me that “look what is needed for a heavy consequence boxer to be in top shape for a struggle” bullshit because ALL FIGHTERS DO ISOMETRICS. whether its boxing or MMA

    and the way someone looks has nothing to do with the physical shape they are really in.

    they wrestle with each other and go in deed; varying their position and the vertice of force.
    the principle of two oponents pushing against each other is seen in many aspects of Animal Scenery as in greek roman wrestle style and in Jiu-Jitsu as well

  18. igalflint Says:

    top shape does not …
    top shape does not come from a 5 min. a day workout.look what is needed for a havey wheight boxer to do in order to be in top shape for a world title struggle! or for a decathlete!5 minutes a day for top shape? no way!is the guy in the video in a top shape?is he?

  19. schibs426 Says:

    How long you hold …
    How long you hold and how often you repeat the exercises is a matter of preference really – your working against yourself with each muscle group – the longer you hold – even to fatigue- will result in quicker consequences – these are calculated to tone not build muscle mass..

  20. fanaticfire86 Says:

    I been doing this …
    I been doing this isometric exercise…i usually hold for 15 secs..but how many reps should you do or how many times a day? i was thinking 3 times a day

    No – it wont BUILD …
    No – it wont BUILD it will TONE – muscle building comes from breakdown and rebuilding of muscle tissue – harmonizing increases strength owing to continual use of the muscle – not sure where you heard 30 seconds – according to those who developed this series for the Canadien AF, 10 is sufficient

  23. SCAMOSUCKS Says:

    yeah but will it …
    yeah but will it build muscle, and i heard u have to hold for 30 secs?

  24. schibs426 Says:

    You can perform the …
    You can perform the exercises as much and as often as you want – Isometrics are by their scenery a harmonizing exercise calculated to develop strength owing to tone. You can only provide as much resistance as your body can provide against itself. So how much you do and how often is really up to you
