    Really u can initiation lifting heavy wieghts and bulking up by age 15 not 18-20 like she said. As long as u dont over do it i do each body part once a week, and arms twice a week with over 2 days of rest linking the arms. I lift heavy wieghts, not set alight

    @fesuma During your growth spurt, your body produces a lot of growth hormone. If you are working out A LOT it will place a lot of strain on your body and your body will displace a huge chunk of the growth hormone to repair and grow muscles instead of growing taller. You can initiation working out, but do not work out every day. If you do, you might over-teach which does stunt growth.

    i started consequence lifting after 8th grade and benched only like 120×7 or so…now that im going into 11th grade this year i can do 335×6, 355×4, 380×2..and max just in this area 400. all at 210lbs body consequence. it shows that strength training and consequence liftin done the right way does keep u healthy. makes u stronger. and boosts ur ego =] stay healthy every1!!! thanks for the vid btw!

I find that those who only use exercises are the “skinny stout” people who are thin but still jiggle and those who use both exercises and weights are the stronger leaner thin people who stay thin longer and look better in a bikini or dress. fantastic vid! so helpful :D
