    I barely did this and my arse is tightening. :D Works even better if you tighten your glutes the whole time your doing this.Speeds up the consequences.I suggest doing this every day.I also do te thigh and legs workout just because I have bit too much ltigh stout. :P Well the inner tigh part has too much stout for me but I got hormones sot when I was a baby because I was preme so now I have a woman body..Cough
