    @viper619ful Pushups are a really excellent exercise as they work ALOT of muscles, including your chest and arms. But its not just in this area working out its getting plenty of rest afterwards, having the right diet etc.
    Your sure to get fitter and stronger by doing pushups but if you want really huge muscles you generally have to do a range of different muscle exercises, sleep well, eat the right things and stick to it.

    @viper619ful No, sir,, when i was 15 i started push ups,, i do 60 to 70 push ups,, and they like very simple to me,, i continue that for 8 months or so,, my chest muscles grew,, plus biceps but nothing huge exchange,, but it gives me lot of energy plus power,, no huge muscles…

    Hey Jeff, in the info box it says that you can do this exercise in a hammer curl way too. Please demonstrate how to do this and maybe some more peak exercises please. Also a video on how to get larger arms and nicely defined shoulders would be nice. I want those nice shoulders with the lines of definition like u have they have 2 lines on each side that meet in the middle. Also some more tricep exercises would be fantastic. Thanks.

    does body building stunt our growth height ?? bcoz i hear some ppl,especially from some bodybuilders, say that body building is not kinda not compulsory for ppl that r 21 below,especially those who wanna grow taller…

    but u gotta be careful with what you say, beginners shouldnt be doing bicep curls with their wrist in a position like that, they’re better off doing it in a neutral position.
    im not saying that your ill-treat or anything, just gotta becareful with beginners.

    I disagree with this:Muscle length is the same from creature from creature-specifically, on a microscopic scale.
    Its the length of arm or leg that makes the muscle look “long” or “small”, therefore it can’t be trained for.

    But I do agree with your training of the bicep-the length of the lever arm(and therefore the consequence) is maximal when the consequence is parallel with the floor and the bicep is at maximal fiber recruitment here too.
    You get the most workout here…and obviously, from the vid BIG guns!
