@smilleymiley yes, …
@smilleymiley yes, lower abs are the toughest to build. There is a excellent abdominal exercise for lower abs on our channel – it is called “Stomach exercises for women – 6 pack workout” try this one, and variations of it (lifting legs all the way up; or just lifting them few inches from the ground). “Exercise for flat tummy – scissor kick” works on the same principle.
I hope these will help.
Also, pay attention to your nourishment: eat more proteins (meat, beans…) and less carbs.

@MissRobyn86 hey, …
@MissRobyn86 hey, sorry but that is not realistic. 10 lbs in a month – it is possible, with rigorous exercise and nourishment, but 20 lbs, I really do not recommend starving yourself etc… because the wight will very probably come back once you initiation eating ‘naturally’, besides if you lose that much in so small period, it is very possible stretch marks will appear. it is possible to lose the consequence in 2-3 months of regular exercising and proper diet (high proteins, lower in carbs).

Not really. In …
Not really. In order to have a excellent 6 pack (for a man) you have to bulk those muscles by training heavy. For a women your going to want to do reps and thin the muscle wall down and the shed the quick off it just like you say. But if you want that appearance of 6-8 pack your not only going to have to shed the stout off.. You first have to bulk the muscles before you cut. A lot of girls cut without ever bulking, REMEMBER just having muscles burns stout, w/o having to w/o 24, so bulk first.
