    When gaining muscle, supply your body several times per day with sufficient protein; usually in this area 1g per pound of body consequence divided into 4-6 meals. When doing cardio, get your heart rate up to predetermined levels and keep it there for 20+ minutes. Check with your heart association for those levels. Want to gain a small strength and lose a lot of body stout? Do a small resistance training and a lot of cardio. It all starts and ends with your diet though. Excellent Luck!

    By far the most vital factor in this area exercise, either losing stout and/or gaining muscle, is someone’s diet. All the training in the world won’t offset poor eating habits. Once you know how many quality calories you need to fuel your day, resistance training is in this area gaining muscle and helps you lose stout. Cardio is in this area losing body stout. Both have psychological benefits too. If you want more of one result than the other, then do more of the one you want, either resistance and/or cardio.
