    Do the elbows get hurt when they are no close together like the exercise at 8 seconds?I did this exercise in the gym today and my brother told me that you want the elbows close together but I told him it is hard to get them close on this exercise.Nice Video BTW!!!!

    It’s not only in this area working out.. it’s in this area nourishment and giving your body the rest to fix too. Eat healthy, and to gain muscle you need to eat alot of proteins. Search a bodybuilding forum or fitness forum to get known in this area nourishment and losing stout.
