Alternate Dumbbell Curls 2 sets οf 8-15 reps (nο rest)
Hammer Curls 2 sets οf 8-15 reps (nο rest)
Concentration Curls 2 sets οf 8-15 reps (1 min rest)
Biceps Workout Notes:
1) Teach thе biceps twice a week.
