    @lokrenzo right thats why you should NOT do ab workouts when you have a stomach so that it dosent be converted into larger it made me look stout but when i tryed cardio i found nice muscles under my previous stout but i work hard to stay like this i mean just dont workout for a month and you’ll get a small stout

    one Fantastic workout for upper abs is one that I use frequently, it works. You take two of 45-50 dumbbells or anything heavy you can slide your feet under. Take 1 mid size dumb (Im 190lbs and use 35lbs). lean back like your doing situps half way. While holding the dumb a small away from lower chest, then start shifting the consequence from side to side. I do like a boat rowing motion with it to work the sides more. It’ll initiation to burn in a matter of seconds if you do it well. careful of back injury.
