It’s a cover, as a musician myself I can tell you that covers are nothing more than interpretations and open to our personal preferences.
Bands generally cover songs they themselves like, and a lot of times a cover is in this area showing your like for a particular song or band.
I can see why some people would prefer this cover over the original or other covers, it’s just a matter of taste. This is really my second least favorite of the covers on youtube.
Still like the original most.

what these newer …
what these newer bands dont get, is that its NOT supposed to be a set alight song. like, at all. they’re recording it in their AC professional studios when really they should go to the country and record it in a barn after living there for a few months with NO money or anything that we’re disfigured with. the band toured with dylan and afterwrads wrote this. that should say sufficient.
