The 100 Rep Killer Lower Abs Workout focuses obviously on your lower abs, but also on your v-cut. Defining this area of your abdominals is what will truly put the icing on the cake for the way your midsection looks.

Note: Don’t eat cake! :-P

Anyway, the workout is broken down into 5 different exercises with 20 reps on each exercise. Technically this can be considered 120 reps because the last one you will be doing 20 reps on each side. To us though, we will call it 100 reps. In order, the exercises are below:

• Leg Lifts — 20 Reps
• Alternating Leg Scissors — 20 Reps
• Top Half Leg Raises — 20 Reps
• Leg Lifts With Extension — 20 Reps
• Side Leg Raise — 20 Reps Each Side

    @lastdevil40 You can do these exercises when you are ready. The fourth exercise might be a bit tough, but just make sure to stay in control and you should be fine. It usually takes 2 months to start seeing very obvious changes in your abs.

    Abs structure is usually from genetics. No one’s abs are perfectly aligned because of how each and every body has special genetic code.

    Eat a balanced diet like the nutrition pyramid. Fruits and vegetables are big ones. Find your favorites and chow down!

    1. The answer is 20. It tells you in the deion how many reps you need to do. Always look in that area for valuable information on the video or go to the link directed towards our site to see a full page on the exercise.

    2. If you only do this routine one time through, you can do it every day until you feel you need time to rest.

    3. Identical to exercise 1, just push your hips up to the ceiling at the top of the rep.
