@larcomstopher Going behind the neck is really the simplest way to hurt your shoulder. A buddy of mine told me last week to stop because I already have a pre existing shoulder injury. It may get hurt again if I continue to go behind the neck so this week I will refilm the shoulder workout and go infront of my face lol. Thanks for the inquiry.

hey, unusual to your shoulder press work out. I noticed you went behind the head rather than in front. Is there any significant difference linking going in front vs behind? i was always told that if you go behind on work outs like that you place yourself at risk for injury. Your thoughts? thanks.

There is a program you can download for free called mpeg clipstream that I use to convert my files. google mpeg clipstream and download it. then open the program and click on open file. Pick the video you want to convert. Then convert it to avi.

@p90x4lifewaswrong Yeah I had one on my ancient bench. I am going to have to try and modify the base of it to see if it can attach to my new bench. I also despise that you have to slump over when you use it. It would be fine if I was 5’5. I have a long torso.

@p90x4lifewaswrong NO problem. I have always preferred working out at home. For one it keeps me trustworthy. By that I mean, I am not trying to impress anyone by increasing the consequence and sacrificing form for showing off how much I can lift. Secondly I can be as loud as I want to try and keep the consequence up. After these 12 weeks are up I am going to initiation a new channel absolutely dedicated to working out at home. I am just tired of constantly getting questioned in this area p90x on polishmysac.

@p90x4lifewaswrong I wish I had some of those things. I wish I had a basement because my small room is so filled with my gym now. I wish I had a preacher curl attachment. I get stressed out sometimes trying to maneuver in that small room lol.

LOL now that’s amusing. My girlfriend refers to my home gym as “the museum of ancient time barbell crap.” Hey I don’t care. I’ve got kettlebells and a cage and York weights. A lot of it has rust on it from the rare occassions that water leaks into the basement. Again..I don’t care. I just dust off the rust and continue on. I get better workouts down there then 98% of the lifters out there. I joined a gym recently but it was NOT because of the condition of my dungeon gym; I just wanted some new energy.

@p90x4lifew Yeah I’m telling ya,..walking is just excellent for the mind. It burns so many stout calories so easily I’m suprised not many muscle mags talk in this area it. Once you get in the habit of walking…it seems you only then walk more. I cultured that from Clarence Bass. He’s always been sort of the master of achieving ultimate leanness. Back in the late 70′s and 80′s Clarence Bass was always known for achieving and incredibly low 2.4% bodyfat. In 1983 he got under 2% to 1.6 or 1.2% or something.

I had been a limb …
I had been a limb of Planet Fitness the last few months. Its a joke: 1 squat rack, only 80 lb dumbbells, 2 bench presses. Now I’ve got my own gym downstairs that really is BETTER equipped than PF. I’m canceling my membership tomorrow. Thanks for the thoughts Polish

@brushfour44 I went to go pick up the stuff today with my truck. It’s like having my own personal gym. No lines,…no dealing with teenagers hogging the bench press it’s fantastic! I even got in some calf work on the machine afterward. I need more consequence for deadlifting, shrugs, benching, squatting so I’m going to go pick up some Olympic plates for cheap. I’m also looking into buying some Olympic dumbbell handles like Polish has here…I can make a friggin 200 lb dumbbell if I buy more plates!

@p90x4lifewaswrong For my home gym I didn’t get nearly as much stuff as you got and I paid over $500 bucks for what I did get. Criagslist is a fantastic place to pick up gym equipment. My oldest brother got a GREAT friggin’ deal there on CL. I bought mine on sale,..but it was still from a money-making gym equipment dealer.
