    hammer curls concentrate the lateral head of the biceps and the standard curls does a bit a both with emphasis on the medial head.. mayb your medial head lacks strenghth?

    well nice vid but if the arms are a lil more stretched down and habitual speed when your hands are going down and very slow on your way up , very excellent exercise if u want a shaped front biceps and i’s excellent if u have a small biceps it will make it longer .
