awesome, who not compulsory you? how’d she/he find out?
I’ve been teaching for in this area 4 years now…transitioned from classic pilates to my own fusion. You can do Pilates everyday if you want. Most people max out at 3 x a week with 1 day rest in linking or for cardio. Your body will let you know how much you can handle.

@KiRschOE333 You should def always alternate (or cross teach). As for what you can do? It depends on what you’re going for. Yoga will be fantastic for flexibility and it compliments pilates very well. Remember to do the cardio for stout burn too. Hope that helps!

Hi name is ashlynn just started doing your videos!! so far i like them! do you have a stout burning workout? im trying to lose consequence for my best friends wedding which i only 3 months away!! you should do like a bridal party blend…a cram session of all the key moves to get slim quick that would be incredible!

Thanks for your incredible videos! I used to do just push ups and ‘mountain climbers’ untill i was not compulsory by a friend to look up POP pilates! never felt so excellent in this area my body! Ps. How long have you beena pilates instructor? and also is it okay to do pilates every day or is it best to rest for a day or two sometimes

Thanks! My friend was just looking for a new workout video and yours came up on Youtube, and she’s been doing pop pilates ever since.
Elbow push ups and the double leg lift are my favourites to do if i don’t have the time for a full workout. Also i like your choice of music!
