I just wanted to know what are some good work out tips or routines. I’m currently 13 almost 14 and I want to just be a bit more fit and stronger. I don’t want to be too big, just so much that I actually have biceps and abs.
I want to know what I should eat, how I should eat, what work out routines I should be doing and anything that may help.

you have lots more time to achieve your goal . daily exercise ,work out in the gym ,balance diet more on protein .calcium good for bones enough rest and sleep .
