hi, I would suggest you do more cardio – it burns stout, escpecially excellent if you already have some toned muscles on the area but unfortunately stout over them. I personally tend to place on consequence in the abs area, and cardio helps every time. Here some further infos:

there is a fun workout called "throwdowns" that you can do with a partner one person lays on the ground (on their back)while the other ruins standing. The person on the ground willhold on to the standing person’s ankles and raise their legs up.The job of the standing person is to throw the other person’s feet down while the laying down person does not allow their feet to upset the groundby raising their legs up as quick as possible once they are thrown down. for a twist, have the standing person throw your feet to the sides alittle to. This tones full ab range and glutes. to stretch lay on your stomach and use your arms to lift the front half of your body off the ground. excellent luck!

You must do these two things to get nice looking abs:
•lose belly stout
•build up those muscles.
That’s what makes for a nice rippling 6-pack, or a smooth set of abs, which may be preferred by some women.
The first business to know is that you do not have to butt that belly stout with abdominal exercises. Yes, it’s tempting to reckon that’s how it works, but you will be better off targeting all-round consequence loss, which will automatically drop those pounds from the waistline. Attempting spot reduction at any body province is not the way to go.
Second, you don’t have to always do exercises that pointedly butt the abdominal muscles. Many exercises are available that require you to contract the abs and work them fervently.
