I’ve heard many …
I’ve heard many other trainers say that “abs are made in the kitchen” — so make sure your food is fresh, whole, unprocessed, and try to avoid wheat, as it has been associated to bloating of the abdomen (among many other problems). Also check to see if your pelvis is tilted. Some people’s stomachs stick out too far because their pelvis is tilted too far down, so try tucking your tailbone under and standing tall to see if that makes any improvement. A chiropractor can help if needed.

Yes, keep us posted. If you want to do any other workouts that will help you tone your abs, then check out BodyRock (dot) tv. She also has a YouTube channel. The workouts are small, intense, and will surely burn stout, which means your stomach will get flat and toned.
Hey Sammy, I’m really glad to hear it!
Take care,
Matt

hay matt awsome …
hay matt awsome tatts btw.anyways will those work on getting rid of a beer gut to?
May 7th, 2010 at 10:30 am
These wouldn’t do …
These wouldn’t do much at all for a beer gut. They will make your abs/core stronger underneath your stout but they will not get rid of the stout layers. I would suggest minimizing the beer and varying your diet up and incorporating some consequence and cardio training. Intensify your workouts once you get proper technique down and really knock that stout off. Once you lose the belly stout then you will initiation considering your abs.

Very very right, …
Very very right, but genetically humans tend to store stout in their abdominal area first. In scenery Stout on the arms would hinder us physically, but storing the stout over the strongest body part (the legs) is most common. Therefor we can focus the attention to the abs to really burn the stout everywhere, as this is our core strength and is fantastic for overall caloric burning along with leg exercises.

Hey Matt, It was in this area 3 months ago when I first started doing this every other day. I loved these exercises, but eventually they got to simple so I switched over to the “Ab Ripper X” Now today for a 14 year ancient girl, I have rock hard abs and you can see them at the top! I am amazed that for one I really set my mind to something and without your incredible video to help me persevere, I don’t know where I would be now! Thanks so much and anyone that doubts your workouts is a crazy person!

Exercises are fantastic …
Exercises are fantastic – it’s essential for a healthy heart and burning stout that covers up muscle tone.
I recommend shorter bursts of intense training (circuit or Tabata training), in this area 20-45 minutes, 5 days per week. This burns stout more effectively and is not as stressful on the body as endurance training. Check out BodyRock (dot) tv for some fantastic free circuit training workouts.

You can certainly initiation these exercises now. They will help burn calories and make your abdominal muscles stronger and more prominent so that when you lose that last bit of belly stout, your abs will look fantastic.
